You need a minimum of a pull-up bar and adjustable dumbbells — or a set of dumbbells with various weights. So if you don't want to join a gym, that's fine. But you must have an adequate workout area in your home with the right tools to get the job done.
3 × 30-minute workouts per week — that's 90 minutes of training. Add a weekly check-in with me and staying on top of your nutrition, and you're looking at maybe 2 hours total. This is built for dads with packed schedules, not guys with all day to spare.
